Chip Etiquette
So, I have a fiance that is really a chipper. He loves to eat them and he can eat a whole bag of doritos at a single sitting. He loves the taste and the crunch. We dont have Doritos where we are living now, but we do have some tortilla chips we often buy with a nacho cheese dip to go with it. We also have salsa in the house almost always. He is just a big fan.

Sometimes...
Sometimes I feel like my significant other deliberately tries to fight with me before we go out, so that he can go without me. I know it sounds ridiculous and he is a good guy and Most of the time a gentleman, but there are times, which usually frequent before we go out to his friends get together that a different conversation comes up.
I will take responsibility for a few things, Im not to...
Insanely Good Hot Chocolate
I’m a huge fan of chocolate. I eat it everyday. I prefer the darkest variety I can get my hands on, and I cant get enough of it. I have outrageous cravings for the stuff and this has prompted me to baking late at night and learning new recipes to satisfy that urge. I woke up in a fairly festive mood this morning, and wanted to make something warm, satisfying and delicious to drink and I...

Christmas card Mix
Every year I send out post cards as Christmas cards because most of the time, these are the only cards that are not overpriced and not all in Hungarian. So at least my family can read them, and they are usually adjoined with some picture that is cute or a drawing on the front which brings holiday cheer.
This year, I have a new found love of the program Paint. Yes, that’s the one folks,...

Chicken Pot Pie, Oh My!
Last Night a very ugly Chicken Pot Pie was born. The pie tried to look very good, but the cook didnt have the energy to make it look a little better for just that night. All that mattered was that it lived up to its name… So did it?
The dough was easily rolled out, and placed to overlay the dish.
The filling was prepared and steaming hot.
Filled with Love.
Heres the ugly part :),...

"Its like a pie you see in a window..."
This was the reaction of my Fiance upon seeing our pie I made for the first time. I felt it was such a cute way to describe it.
Orginally, I was going to make this amazing cake for celebrating Obamas’ victory, but I had some apples in the fridge that were very ripe and only had about a day left until they were going to be trashed from my fridge.
I will still make the orginal cake but I...

Looking at this website, just made me think to myself. Not only did he install hope, but he is inspiring imagination and awakening abilities. Im amazed at how many people have become more artisitic and outgoing with the power of one man behind them. He carries so much symbolism.

Happy Halloween Everyone!
I hope everyone has a great day and fun, safe night. Remember to check your candy bag before diving in for a treat!!!
What is everyone going as??
I am a firm believer in including children with everyday tasks, but not to keep them occupied so you can go about your day, but to teach them and give them a since of accomplishment and importance.
This idea really encaptulates this idea for me. Here is a kitchen that is made for a little one, in a small corner. It wouldnt take too much effort or money, but the joy and imaginative possiblities...
Coveted Items of the Day:
1.Pinny Apron…£18.00. Would truley brighten my day cooking.
2.Bread Board and Knife…£16.00. Loving avocado green ever since an Etsy marathon I was on, and found that it is a searchable color! What I really love about this though is the wooden chopping block, the tree stump. I love bringing nature indoors with practical uses.
3.Knitted slipper...

This is for a spa. You would think youd make it a bit more appealing since they usually cater to waxing……
